Historic Renovation in Bronxville, NY

This historic 1904 Tudor, located on a hilltop in the village of Bronxville, NY received a complete top to bottom renovation gracefully bringing the house into the 21st century. Special attention was paid to restore or replicate historic details such as vaulted plaster and coffered ceilings, large leaded glass windows, and original wood paneling. New bathrooms, new gourmet kitchen, and a complete basement remodel all controlled with Creston automation make this house a refreshed and contemporary home for a growing family. Boris Baranovich Architects, PC of New York, NY and Davenport Contracting Inc. of CT collaborated on this project.
